Fizzy Raspberry Thirst Quencher

This is possibly the easiest, most delicious drink I´ve made recently – The fruity freshness and sparkles contained in this drink will surely make you dream of summer!

This sparkling raspberry delight is low in calories and naturally sweet with no added sugar or sweeteners. Great for all occasions.

All you need for this thirst quencher for 2 people is:

2 cups (~500 ml) of sparkling mineral water (plain mineral water can be used as well)
1 cup (~250 ml) of tap or plain water (for cooking)
200 g frozen raspberries
2 squeezes of lemon juice

1) Bring 1 cup of plain water to the boil and pour over berries
2) Discard excess water and mash berries through a strainer into a carafe (any excess pulp can be re-used for e.g. yogurt or porridge topping)
3) Add sparkling water and a few squeezes of lemon juice and stir gently
3) Decorate with Mentha and raspberries

30-40 calories per 1 cup (~250 ml) serving – enjoy!
